1.  How does the UltimateAffiliate.net  Affiliate Program work?
When one of your visitors clicks on a Banner, Button, logo or text link, which you will place on your site, they will be transferred to one of our official web sites. At the same time they will be given a unique id number that will identify them as a visitor from your site. This enables us to track them, whenever they visit our site and pay you if they make any purchases at that time or at a later visit.

3.  Where can I retrieve my lost password?
I have forgotten my username and/or password. Where can I retrieve them?

4.  How do I know if there is a transaction from my site?
When you become an UltimateAffiliate.net member, you will be assigned an affiliate username and password. This username and password will gain you entry to your administration page. Here you will be able to view your statistics, get banners and linking code, or update your contact information.

5.  How are transactions tracked and credited to me?
All links from your site contain your site's unique Affiliate ID code so that every time a user visits one of our web sites, they will be assigned a cookie with your affiliate ID number. Be advised that with our customized affiliate software we assign a unique code to all visitors from your site, What this means is that even if they do not place an order on their first visit to our site and subsequently return at a later date, we will be able to give you credit for the transaction! The customer you refer is yours for life.

6.  How much will I get paid?
We pay you 35% commission on all products that you sell!
In addition, when other people become affiliates through your link, we will pay you an additional  5% commission on every sale they generate!!! (second tier sale). You continue to earn 5% of every reorder by that customer for life!
That is not only a great payout but you will also be amazed out how quickly our products sell. Not to mention the high level of repeat business.

7.  When do I get paid?
We pay commissions twice a month. Unlike other programs that make you wait an entire month, we pay your commission on the 10th and 25th of every month!

8.  How can I change my Billing/Contact information?
You can adjust or make changes to your contact information when you login to your affiliate administration. Click on the link "Maintain your personal/company info" and make any changes you need.  When you are done click on the save button.  

9.  How do I make a link to your website(s)?
To make a text link you will need to login into the Affiliate account and Click on "Get links for your site". Then choose the web site you would like to promote and click on this web sites link.  Choose the banner or text link that you like and click on "Get the code" and a new window will open with the link code. You will then need to paste the link into your web page and upload it to your server.

10.  Do I need my own website?
Having your own website certainly helps but it is not required. You can direct visitors directly to your own affiliate links. You can also include your affiliate links in e-mails to your friends or in your signature files! Please be aware that you cannot post your affiliate links to message boards or in USENET news groups. You may not run e-mail campaigns without the consent of the UltimateAffiliate.net team (WE DO NOT PERMIT ANY FORM OF SPAM). Please contact us if you wish to conduct an e-mail campaign.

11.  I haven't received my check. What do I do? When should I expect it?
Checks now come every two weeks. You should expect your check five (5) business days after the end of a billing cycle. Commissions earned on sales from the 1st to the 15th are paid on the 25th and from the 16th to the 31st are paid on the 10th. Basically, every 15 days, you will receive money!

You are required to meet a minimum of $75.00 to receive a check. If you have met that minimum and have not received your check on time please login into the Affiliate Center and go to the link called "Send an e-mail to administrator". Please write in the subject line "payment problem". You will receive a reply within one business day from our accounting department.

International affiliates can request a higher check threshold if you wish to avoid check cashing fees on smaller checks.

12.  Do you have banners and/or text links for me?
We have a wide selection of banners and text links for your use. We even give you suggested search terms for your HTML Meta tags and for buying traffic if you so choose! Just login into the affiliate account and click on "Get links for your site". A wide array of banners and pre-made test links choices await you! We add to the media center on a regular basis.  Then choose the web site you would like to promote and click on this web sites link.  Choose the banner or text link that you like and click on "Get the code" a new window will open with the link code. You will then need to paste the link into your web page and upload it to your server.

13.  How do I know that I am getting credit for my sales?
You can check your stats as often as you like in our Affiliate Center. You can check your commission reports, payout reports and traffic reports 24/7.

14.  How long do your "cookies" last?
Just like diamonds our cookies are forever. Affiliate cookies are set to never expire. Unless the user deletes their cookie cache the cookie will remain in their browser for tracking purposes. Please note that when a customer signs up that customer is yours for life.

15.  Can I accept orders from outside the United States?
Yes you can!!! We ship and fulfill orders all over the world.

16.  Will you accept Non-US affiliates?
Our program is open to all qualified affiliates from anywhere in the world.

17.  In what currency do you pay affiliates?
All affiliates are paid in U.S. dollars by business check delivered by U.S. postal mail or U.P.S.  international affiliates can be paid with wire transfer.

18.  Is my affiliate information kept safe & private?
Yes. We will never sell, rent, or release your information.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) at all times in the Affiliate Center to guarantee your information stays private.

19.  Why do you need my Social Security Number or Federal ID Number?
This information is used for IRS reporting purposes. We will never share your personal information with anyone. Your information is transmitted securely when you fill out our application form. If you make over $600.00 in a calendar year we are required to file.

20.  Will my web site be eligible for the UltimateAffiliate.net's affiliate program?
Almost any web site is eligible, as long as it does not contain hate, violent, or otherwise objectionable content. Most international sites are eligible. Your web site must be up and running in order to apply.

21. Can you notify me when I get a sale?
Yes! You receive an email whenever you make a sale.

22. Are there any special conditions I have to meet to get the these rates?
No, our commission rates are good even when we run promotions, special offers, and free gifts to customers. There is no fine print or tricky sliding scales to worry about when working with UltimateAffiliate.net
We mean what we say and you get these great rates all time!

23. Do you offer XML feeds that allow me to pass customer data to you?
No, for safety and confidentiality reasons data must be put through our secure server at the time of order. It would be potentially unsafe and a violation of customer privacy to allow affiliates to capture and send data to use.
